Danielle Harcourt

The Professional

Danielle started her career in Management Consulting for a company that specialised in strategy and commercial due diligence. She continued to work in strategy planning, competitor intelligence and project management for the next 11 years, primarily in the FMCG and grocery sector.

In 2018, Danielle made a career shift into financial services, joining Allan Gray as Client Experience Manager. Here, she continued to leverage her strategy analytics skillset and began to take an interest in financial planning. “Having grown up in a household with a father as a financial planner, I took for granted that I’d always had access to good financial advice. Working at Allan Gray helped me better understand the advisor landscape and lit a real passion in me. I’m fortunate to be able to join HMA, an established and independent practice, and to be able work alongside highly experienced financial planning professionals”.

Danielle has a Bachelors degree in Social Science (Psychology and Political Philosophy) as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management through the University of Cape Town.
