Sandy spent the first 10 years of her “working” career travelling the world as a professional athlete, competing in triathlon events. Her competitive nature led her into the Sales and Marketing world where she then discovered her passion for financial services. Her journey began with Glacier Invest in 2005 as a holistic risk consultant specialising in financial planning, including estate planning. Whilst at Glacier Invest she expanded her knowledge by obtaining a Pdip Fin Plan, RE1 and RE2. In 2013 she joined the HMA Team as a financial advisor, where her commitment to clients has proven invaluable to the HMA team.

Sandy’s years of experience in the industry enables her to deliver exceptional holistic advice to clients. Sandy loves to listen to client’s experiences, understand their dreams and work with them to tailor make a plan to reach their goals. Sandy is based in Durban and services clients across KZN and Johannesburg.

Sandy is a warm, energetic fun loving person, who loves to spend time with family and friends, when she is not on the sports field. Her husband Paul and her 15 year old twins Ethan and Maddy mean the world to her and keep her on her toes. Sandy’s personal achievements include Springbok and Protea colours for Ironman, Duathlon long and short distance as well as triathlon long and short distance. She currently plays KZN Masters action netball and KZN masters hockey. Her talents also include her being a qualified Alliance Master Instructor as well as a sports massage therapist (multi-talented!)
